SBA 7(a) is the U.S. Small Business Administration's primary loan program. Loans are made by participating lenders and partially guaranteed by the SBA, which allows longer terms (up to 25 years for real estate) and lower rates than most conventional business loans. Funds can be used for working capital, equipment, acquisitions, refinancing and real estate.
SBA 7(a) is a flexible, all-purpose loan. SBA 504 is designed specifically for major fixed assets such as owner-occupied commercial real estate and heavy equipment, and offers long-term fixed rates with a low down payment.
Term loans can fund in as little as 2–5 business days after a complete application. SBA loans typically take 30–90 days, and we can arrange bridge financing in the meantime.
Our initial review uses a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry may be performed later by a lender only when you choose to move forward with a specific offer.
For a term loan: a short application, recent business bank statements, and a valid ID. SBA loans require additional documents such as tax returns, financial statements and a debt schedule. Your advisor will guide you through every item.
Term loans generally require at least 1 year in business and steady monthly revenue. SBA loans typically require 2+ years in business, good credit and documented cash flow.

Yes, for businesses that need funds within days or don't yet qualify for a term or SBA loan. An MCA is the purchase of a portion of future receivables, not a loan. Because it typically costs more than traditional financing, we always check whether you qualify for a lower-cost option first.
